About you

We are seeking Mandarin and Cantonese speaking HR Shared Services Associates (Data Management and Colleague Support) for our newly setup HR Shared Services hub based in Section 13, Petaling Jaya. You will be part of Otis Global HRSS organization and work with an awesome HR Leadership team.

As an HR Shared Services Associate, you will

  • Be responsible for the provision of professional and accurate Level 1 Colleague Services and HR Data Management to internal and external customers, contributing to the achievement of the Shared Services Centre’s objectives and KPIs.

  • Be the pioneer team member and be involved in transition/ projects in implementing our service delivery center.

  • A key aspect of this role will be ensuring that the employee is at the heart of everything we do and bringing life to the Otis HR Operating Model.

What you will need to be successful

  • Graduate with 4+ years of prior experience of working in a busy, high volume and results focused administrative environment. Shared service Centre experience an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) languages, both verbal and written as this position is required to support Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao HR Operations.

  • Hands-on experience on HR systems, like Workday and ServiceNow will be an added advantage.

  • Experience of working in structured HR processes and procedures, strict adherence to SLA with focus in quality and service excellence.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Is result-oriented and responds positively to change.
