PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
[Produce test panels in accordance with established procedures and verify that they meet specifications.]{arial","sans-serif""=""}
- Test finished panels, in-process panels, panel blanks, and verify that they meet specifications.
- Perform certifications of customer panels in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure that all test data is recorded and all paperwork is completed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
[KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS]{arial","sans-serif""=""}
- Knowledge in writing or documentation skills and basic arithmetic required for this job.
- Some college chemistry or on the job experience working in a lab or manufacturing environment is required.
- Hands on ability and patience to craft products.
- Training will be provided.
[WORKING CONDITIONS [Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. [Work involves use of equipment, recording of data, and, working in both an office and plant environment. Occasional lifting of materials weighing up to 50 pounds [(moving a 5 gallon pail). [This job requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: wearing rubber gloves, wearing safety glasses, and using a dust mask for some tasks.
