Role Summary As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily planning of inbound and outbound deliveries, organization of associated shipping documents, and support the warehouse operations as required. This role will require strong organizational skills, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment daily. Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound shipment exceptions (ex. Incorrect quantities, damaged materials, etc.) Schedule inbound and outbound shipments with contracted carriers Identify best practices, process changes, operational issues/concerns, and general improvement opportunities Verify adherence to Dangerous Goods handling and shipping requirements Utilize SAP EWM to manage goods receipt and goods issue activities Process RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) materials in a timely manner Maintain standard work documentation Perform 5 Why analysis on process gaps to identify corrective actions Work with Supplier Management teams to provide feedback on supplier performance Collaborate with customers to ensure service requirements are being met Qualifications 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics related roles High School Diploma or GED required Working knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong collaborator, with willingness to drive change cross functionally Understanding of Dangerous Goods shipping requirements with preferred Dangerous Goods certification SAP WM or EWM experience (a plus) Strong organizational skills Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per day Frequent use of hands to handle materials up to 50 lbs. Required to stoop and kneel to retrieve materials up to 50 lbs. under select racking or floor pile locations Required to communicate using telephone or email Ability to view, read, and interpret documents, safety rules, and standard operating procedures Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform all duties in the warehouse that may contain dust, high noise, hot and cold weather Flexible work schedule Pay Disclosure Hourly Rate for Washington Based Applicants: $26.98 to $33.73 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
