Introduction to the team
The Visual Content Specialist is responsible for producing and designing on-brand sales and marketing deliverables, primarily leveraging PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign. This position works closely with leaders and senior members of the sales and marketing teams—as well as client servers—to effectively communicate through a combination of text and graphic elements. The Visual Content Specialist understands firm brand standards and uses a discerning eye for color, design, and layout.

Responsibilities:
Design and reimagine new and existing sales and marketing deliverables in PowerPoint, leveraging existing templates and collaborating with firm designers as needed to create new templates
Design and reimagine layouts, infographics, tables, and other graphic elements leveraged in client-facing deliverables in Word and PowerPoint
Collaborate with writers, editors, and other firm professionals to support the development of visually impactful content for proposals, statements of qualification (SOQs), and other important presentations and client deliverables
Support sales and marketing leadership in evolving to a more visual style of communication aligned with brand standards through various projects and initiatives
Maintain knowledge of firm brand guidelines and adhere to those guidelines as appropriate
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
Sound organizational and problem-solving skills, with aptitude to manage multiple projects, communicate project status, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with infographics (data analysis and data visualization)
Ability to interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visual graphics
Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgement, and ability to interface effectively with individuals at all levels within the firm
Strong attention to detail
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%

Compensation Range (Denver Market ONLY): Compensation range for Washington: $64,000 - $77,000
