As a VP, you would lead an experienced team of researchers and experts across the U.S. to service a collection tech accounts. You will establish and merchandise our qualitative expertise and offerings in order to best meet our customers' needs in a fast-paced environment. This involves setting a strategic vision and plan for your portfolio of clients, managing and leading a cross-functional team, collaborating across our different Ipsos business units, and establishing strong credibility, relationships, and business directly with our tech clients. What you can expect to be doing: Client Business/Relationship Management Possessing strong Media-Technology sector knowledge and has managed B2B and B2C client relationships Having experience with, and a passion for qualitative market research and methods Consulting with multiple clients and contacts to identify appropriate solutions to meet client needs. (Focused on application of strategic business knowledge, qualitative innovation and integration of Ipsos qual and quant capabilities) Identifying and build strong relationships within client and Ipsos organizations Championing workplace and marketplace diversity, equity, and inclusion Business Development Strategically seeking and closing new client relationships and opportunities illustrating differentiation vs. the competition Having a proven track record leading business growth Identify ways to fuel key business drivers like B2B, AI, and DEI studies Internal Business Management Developing annual business plan to produce significant growth year over year balancing profit/pricing expectations Assessing and proactively working with cross-functional leaders to address internal resourcing needs and capabilities to properly support growing the business. Actively participating in the IUU Senior Leadership Team and contributing to the overall management of the division by providing input into key decisions and leading select organization-wide initiatives Team Management Hiring, managing and mentoring staff to build cross-product knowledge, industry/marketing and unique client/industry knowledge to advance research capabilities Identifying new moderator candidates and training according to Tech sector needs Fostering a positive work environment where staff are excited and productive Revenue and Profit Management Leading a client portfolio of $3-6M annually Contributing to and actively managing account/pillar revenue and profit margin and other key measures. Managing the account/pillar finances to ensure monthly and annual financial targets are met and leading account reporting and analysis Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with Other Ipsos Divisions to coordinate ongoing client management and respond to new business opportunities.
