What you'll do As a Sr. Software Engineer on the Agreement Experiences Team, you will own and develop multiple consumer-facing features centered around document interactions. Your contributions will include writing and owning front-end and back-end code into multiple codebases/products. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Engineering. Responsibility Develop performant UI and API code using technologies like React.js and GraphQL Integrate seamlessly with Tier 0 services within the Docusign ecosystem Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, User Experience, and Customer Support teams to create relevant software solutions for partners and customers Champion and improve development and deployment processes by advocating for best practices and conducting thorough code reviews Provide developer support to address and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience 8+ years of industry experience in Software Development (fullstack) 4+ years of hands on experience with ReactJS and TypeScript Experience with public cloud (Azure or AWS) 1+ years of experience with API design in any OOP language (C#/Java/Node.js) Preferred Knowledge and experience in high-scale, highly available (99.99+) systems Experience with Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC), XML, JSON or Databases Experience with Angular.JS Experience with Microsoft Azure Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $151,800.00 - $245,150.00 base salary Illinois and Colorado: $145,800.00 - $205,950.00 base salary Washington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $145,800 - $214,350 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
