Remitly, Inc., Seattle, WA -- Sr. Software Developer Engineer - Develop tools and automation techniques to deploy and monitor software applications with strong safety nets and low operational overhead. Develop advanced, well-instrumented, and well-documented infrastructure tools and systems to ensure fast-paced and impactful customer experiences. Create software solutions for complex technical problems across multiple systems. Evaluate new technologies and industry best practices to identify trends and scenarios to advance Remitly's technology platform and ensure continuous improvement.
Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, and 2 years of experience with software design, development, testing, and implementation. Experience must include: 2 years with each of the following: building and operating software services using AWS and GCP; Domain Portfolio Management System; developing microservice based on internal and external sources; APIs and Kubernetes clusters using JWT; CICD solutions; and with .Net services, Alert Manager, Cake, Chocolatey, C#, Go Lang, InfluxDB, Java, JavaScript, Octopus, PHP, and Prometheus. Telecommuting is available based on manager approval. The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $225,000 per year.
