Amazon Sr. Program Manager, Selling Partner Promotions in Seattle, Washington
Description
Promotions are a key part of the Amazon flywheel: they bring excitement and value to customers, drive sales for selling partners, and grow Amazon’s long-term free cash flow (LTFCF). Experimentation, automation and scalability are a core part of our mission statement. In this role, you will lead the Seller Deals charter by partnering with key parts of Amazon's e-commerce business: Internal clients, Selling Partners, Sellers, Supply chain, Personalization, Pricing, and Promotions.
The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for establishing scalable mechanisms that allow us to efficiently source and execute promotions for our highest traffic events. An ideal candidate for this role should have proven expertise collaborating cross-functionally, building scalable mechanisms and communicating to senior stakeholders, including Legal, Directors and VPs.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
