Amazon Sr. Product Manager, 3P Canada in Seattle, Washington

The Amazon Canada 3P team is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Sr. Product Manager to help shape the future of our third-party marketplace.

The Sr. Product Manager delivers complex projects from initiation through delivery. As the Product Manager, you will collaborate with technical and business team members to create products/features or processes. You are the primary escalation point for project team members. You understand the product/program’s customers and advocate on their behalf, communicating business objectives to team and stakeholders to deliver the best product/feature or system/process with most efficient use of resources and technologies.

You will also support critical relationships with sellers, drive revenue growth and traffic, and conduct regular business analysis and reporting. The Sr. Product Manager role offers an unique opportunity to own high visibility projects across a variety of internal and external teams as well as own a sizable portion of multiple, fast-growing P&Ls.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. He/she is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence at all levels of the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
