  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

  • Identify process gaps, improve current processes, and establish organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity.

  • Gain a deep technical understanding of OCI services and be able to drive the technical direction of the Operations and Observability teams, working with cross-functional, cross-service organizations.

  • Thrive and succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities.

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Mastersdegree in computer science or a related field; CSM and PMP are a plus

  • 10+ years managing large scale technical software programs.

  • Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Excellent judgment to influence product roadmap direction, features, and priorities.

  • A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.

  • Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.

  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels in the org, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
