KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our KPMG Strategy practice. Responsibilities : Client Engagement: Engage, support, and deliver strategies for pricing, sales, and revenue operations client executives Strategy Engagement: Assess current performance/market context and collaborate with project teams to develop data-driven insights. Assist in creation of go forward strategy and planning, along with knowledge and leverage of AI/automation in creation of the strategy Implementation: Support project teams and clients to implement strategy, including building future capabilities, process, playbooks, and tools to pilot GTM and pricing models. Utilize and apply automation/AI to help execute and solve client problems Relationship Management: Establish credibility with client relationships across the engagement lifecycle, including establishing longer-term relationships Practice Building: Knowledge of industry trends and leaders and build internal practice capabilities, including how to use automation/AI to deliver better strategies and results Qualifications : A minimum of three years external management consulting experience related to sales effectiveness or pricing strategy at a strategic, Big 4 consulting firm or boutique specialist firm; or relevant pricing, sales, or strategy experience in a leading Fortune 100 firm Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred Demonstrated understanding of sales and/or pricing strategies, patterns, processes, methodologies, and tools Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights, including comfort with ambiguity Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working with commercial managers/leaders a plus Willingness and ability to travel for client engagements as needed; in-office expectations (when not traveling for clients) of 2-3 days per week Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
