Actalent Reliability Test Engineer in Seattle, Washington
Reliability/ Environmental Test
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite 5 days/ week)
Description:
You will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to develop testing procedures and methodologies. You will work closely with design engineers to define testing parameters and drive test execution.
Qualifications:
Experience working in Hardware Reliability Testing, Environmental Testing, Aerospace Testing or related field to include HALT, Temperature/Humidity Testing, Temperature Cycling, Shock, Drop, Vibration, Salt Fog/Spray, UV Exposure etc.
Experience using and debugging PowerShell scripts
Experience in designing experiments to measure and collect test data using accelerometers, thermocouples, strain gauges etc.
Understanding of basic electric/electronic theory including the ability to do basic wiring/cable installation and electric troubleshooting.
Experience in the set up and use of electrical/electronic test equipment such as digital multi-meters, dataloggers, oscilloscopes, etc.
Experience in writing test reports
