Description
We are in search of a Project Manager - Systems to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this hybrid (remote primary) role, you will be handling the coordination of both business and technical requirements from diverse streams in our ERP project team. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the coordination of business requirements from five main streams: Finance (Record to Report), Invoicing/Billing/Sales Order Management (Customer to Cash), Enterprise Asset Management, Procure to Pay, and Customer Equipment Management.
• Manage the technical requirements, keeping track of external systems and dependent projects.
• Facilitate communication between global process owners and business analysts aligned with the diverse streams.
• Utilize your knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Cloud Technologies to effectively manage the project.
• Implement systems and financial systems as part of the project management process.
• Monitor the work of technical teams addressing integrations and supporting projects with dependencies.
Requirements • Experience with Cloud Technologies is essential for this role.
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.
• Excellent Communication skills are required.
• Prior experience in System Implementation is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Financial Systems is important.
• Proficiency in Project Management is expected.
