Job Description:

  • Utilize internal systems daily to generate and monitor demand.

  • Develop strategies for offering delivery opportunities to delivery partners and meticulously track the effectiveness of each approach.

  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of the delicate balance between cost and customer experience, employing sound business judgment to make decisions that optimize capacity availability.

  • Utilize analytical and statistical tools to interpret data, deriving actionable insights and establishing metrics to guide decision-making.

  • Identify and address constraints and challenges across demand and supply, collaborating closely with program managers to devise effective solutions.

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end program, serving as a valuable functional partner in driving informed actions.
