We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Amazon Business Services team to deliver a comprehensive suite of metrics reporting, scorecards, and weekly business review performance. Additional opportunities will include cross-functional collaboration across Amazon Business to drive strategic initiatives that support scaled launches. Your work will help business customers understand the value Amazon Business brings, making it easy for them to adopt Amazon as their primary supplier and internal teams to deliver an optimal customer experience.

Key job responsibilities

-Define the right metrics across services to track performance

-Develop robust audit mechanisms to ensure proper root cause analysis

-Provide recommendations to the team and leadership

-Partner with AB teams to develop new service capabilities

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology

  • Experience in MS Access and SQL

  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
