Actalent Mechanical Project Manager in Seattle, Washington

Job Title: Mechanical Project ManagerJob Description

This candidate will be responsible for overseeing designs and managing assigned project teams on Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee design and project management for a variety of building types including Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.

  • Manage and lead project teams, providing mentorship to junior engineers.

  • Use Revit proficiently and understand AutoCAD and Bluebeam to meet client requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.

  • Coordinate mechanical design, HVAC systems, plumbing, and other project-specific requirements.

  • Engage in project coordination and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

Essential Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in the Mechanical Industry.

  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with plan spec or design-build expertise.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

  • Mechanical design and project engineering skills.

  • Experience with building design and understanding of building codes.

  • Experience with Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • P.E. License in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

  • PMP Certification is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in business development within consulting or construction fields.

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr.

3% 401k based on base salary 8 paid holidays per year: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas DayDental/Vision/Medical 100% coverageBonus2-4 Performance Based Merit checks a year
