Actalent Mechanical Project Manager in Seattle, Washington
Job Title: Mechanical Project ManagerJob Description
This candidate will be responsible for overseeing designs and managing assigned project teams on Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.
Responsibilities
Oversee design and project management for a variety of building types including Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.
Manage and lead project teams, providing mentorship to junior engineers.
Use Revit proficiently and understand AutoCAD and Bluebeam to meet client requirements.
Ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
Coordinate mechanical design, HVAC systems, plumbing, and other project-specific requirements.
Engage in project coordination and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
Essential Skills
10+ years of experience in the Mechanical Industry.
5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with plan spec or design-build expertise.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
Mechanical design and project engineering skills.
Experience with building design and understanding of building codes.
Experience with Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
P.E. License in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
PMP Certification is a plus.
3+ years of experience in business development within consulting or construction fields.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
3% 401k based on base salary 8 paid holidays per year: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas DayDental/Vision/Medical 100% coverageBonus2-4 Performance Based Merit checks a year
