Are you a proven leader ready to run our day-to-day onsite Vehicle Operations? We are looking for an organized problem solver who will support a full service retail location. You will work with a team who will support you with customer experience, and all things dealing with Electric Vehicles. This role will be a hands-on leadership role, requiring you to jump in and complete the work alongside those you develop and coach. This position reports to the Regional Manager of Vehicle Operations. Responsibilities Leada teamof multiple associates, leads, and assistant managers with the ability to stepin and complete require Serve as the point of contact which includes overseeing the creation of work schedules, communicating daily priorities and goals, requesting resources, andcoordinating work efforts withother on-site team members Ability to lead and coach assistant managers/leads on facilitating, daily stand-up team meetings and oversee cross-functional team members in the absence of the respective cross functional manager Create organizational consistency, standardization, and ensure standards are met throughout the operations Great at investigating problems and developing collaborative solutions with others Responsible for managing and validating consistency of vehicle quality, and compiling and bubbling up data on failures for cross-functional feedback Oversee the receiving, inspection, and processing of incoming inventory, including accurately completing Bill of Lading (BOL) paperwork and filing damage reports and claims as needed Effectivelymonitors inbound shipments and plansby using reporting andforecastingto set and adjust team schedulesandpivot resources as neededto meet customer demand Coordinate site management with the Delivery and Mobile Operations Manager, and the Service Manager to ensure customer commitments are met Owns vehicle operations key performance indicators (KPI's) for site and creates action plans to solve deltas. Works to improve KPI measurements through Regional Vehicle Operations Manager as needed. Operates fiscally responsible, and tracks spend metrics, including procurement costs, site OPEX costs (including additional parking), overtime costs, travel costs, and any other operational costs Primarily responsible for onsite problem-solving includingsurfacing problems, gap analysis, delegation, project management, andcommunicatingoutcomes withquantifiable metrics Complete additional workand tasksas requested by the leadership team Qualifications 5+years of Operations Management experience, including experience managing direct reports and location level P&Ls; Previousexperience withEV, Auto Ecommerce, Supply Chain, or Process Improvement valued Must be at least 21 years of age High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree valued Working knowledge with lean principles(visual management, Kaizen,Kanban, Gemba) valued Experience using software applications, including Microsoft Suite to create and manage spreadsheets, documents and presentations Ability to work a flexible schedu
