If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Negotiations, Strategy & Coaching to join our Growth and Strategy organization. Responsibilities: Apprentice with a senior coach to serve account and pursuit teams in negotiation, pricing and commercial strategies that yield results that meet/exceed firm expectations; progressively operate as an independent coach as skills and abilities are demonstrated Collaborate with senior coaches on long-term strategic initiatives as well as immediate growth priorities; oversee timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure successful implementation; monitor progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals Follow the direction of the Pricing & Commercial Enablement organization, support the overall firmwide efforts to transition away from time & material pricing to value-oriented market strategies and pricing Contribute to creating training content and serve in a support capacity for lead facilitators of negotiations training for all three firm functions, and potentially pricing training Create/edit multi-channel thought leadership that influences superior business behavior Qualifications: Minimum seven years of recent experience in the professional services industry serving clients or supporting client service; prior negotiations and/or pricing experience a plus Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; master's from an accredited college or university is preferred Experience with interest-based negotiations methodology and value-based pricing methods is strongly desired but not mandatory; strong executive presence, presentation skills and credibility to coach, teach and advise senior executives and sales teams on how to negotiate and price professional services as well as remediate troubled client relationships Solid strategy and influencing skills to effectively partner with internal stakeholders Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
