Position Responsibilities:

 

  1. Lead the Corporate (Business to Business, Brick & Mortar, and Branded Gift Card), Consumer (Business to Consumer, New Product Development of Physical Gift Cards, and Third-Party Security Supply Chain teams for Amazon Gift Cards (GC). 2. Procure, Plan and manage inventory for Consumer, Amazon Physical Stores, B&M, BGC, and B2B channels by managing 12 printers and packaging suppliers to source and price Gift Card materials (i.e. paper, cards, and carriers), and 27 distributors for B&M sales and operations planning. 3. Manage the WW Supply Chain operations across 21 countries and 6 product offerings, leads new product development for physical Gift Cards across Consumer and Corporate channels, and leads the WW third-party security strategy for clients, partners, and suppliers. 4. Guide the long-term strategy, resourcing, and technical roadmap for the WW Supply Chain organization in partnership with Amazon central teams. 5. Build a secure and resilient Supply Chain while maximizing efficiencies, driving lower costs, improving availability (in-stock), improving speed (glance views) and developing innovative new products to delight our WW customers. 6. Lead a team of six supply chain and program managers, and conduct performance evaluations. 7. Position requires travel. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout U.S.

     

Position Requirements:

 

A master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline and 5 years of experience in operations or inventory management. In the alternative, a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or Engineering or related discipline followed by 7 progressively responsible years of experience in operations or inventory management.  Experience must include:  1. 5 years of experience in leading and develop supply chain and program managers. 2. 5 years of experience in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL. 3. 5 years of experience working with large and complex data sets to drive business decisions. 4. 5 years of experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders. 5. 5 years of experience in business operations within supply chain, distribution, or operations in a cross-functional organization utilizing sophisticated quantitative analysis and process improvement methodologies including Lean Process Manufacturing and related performance metrics for continuous improvement and optimization.
