Insight Global Junior UI Designer in Seattle, Washington
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Junior UI Designer to join a large retail organization in Seattle, WA. This role will require 2 days onsite per week.
You will be joining the Create Connections team and partnering with a Senior Designer to support the design for the Gated Experiences teams. This role requires someone who is a strong communicator, presenter and storyteller that can convey complex and vague ideas effectively. You'll work closely with our product team to translate business requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs. Your primary focus will be on the retail web application, ensuring seamless interactions, intuitive navigation, and consistent branding.

Skills and Requirements
1 - 3 years' of User Interface Design experience.
Experience or knowledge with high contrast & web accessibility.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with at least 6 months with Figma specifically.
Portfolio showcasing UI Design work (Behance, Dribble, etc).
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience with product review pages or User Generated Content (UGC).
Experience working for a retail and/or e-commerce company such as Nike, Nordstrom, REI, etc. null
