Aston Carter HR Coordinator in Seattle, Washington

Job Title: HR CoordinatorJob Description

A large outdoor clothing store in S. Seattle is looking to hire a skilled HR Coordinator for 6 months. This is a 9-5 p.m. role, 4 days a week onsite and 1 day remote. The HR Coordinator will report to the VP of HR and be primarily responsible for administrative support of day-to-day human resources operations. Responsibilities include HR operations, customer service, general administration, corporate communication, and employee recognition. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be system and process-oriented.

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, Washington and some days remote.

Work Environment

This position is a critical role required for the smooth operation of the Human Resources department. The primary function is to support the Human Resources team by ensuring accurate data is maintained and updated regularly in the systems, coordinate with team members to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires, and support employee engagement initiatives. The role will frequently interact with all team members.
