Description Hospitality Concierge - Volunteers (256910) Schedule: FTE: 1.0, Evening The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests and patients, setting a positive, warm and uplifting tone to those visiting the campus. Using extensive knowledge of all areas of the hospital and businesses surrounding campus, supports patients, employees, and guest requests by providing information, access control, wayfinding, and acting as a go-between for triaging operational issues that arise. This role oversees the overall flow of the lobby addressing any variance through our see something, say something Swedish best practice, the enforcement of Swedish policies and procedures, and by involving appropriate partners and leadership. The Concierge is responsible for modeling and advising the appropriate and correct way to answer questions from volunteers and/or lobby ambassadors (i.e. Health Scholars) while stationed at the concierge desk. Required Qualifications: 1 year Related hospitality sector experience providing exceptional customer service dealing extensively with the public. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience Experience in healthcare. Why Join Providence?
