Job Description
The individual contributor manager will be a key owner of our financial planning and forecasting processes, quarterly Board of Director meetings, and is responsible for reporting insights and recommendations to finance leadership. Responsibilities will include providing competitive insights for company, maintaining a close partnership with finance leaders across the organization, supporting our quarterly Board of Director meetings, and ad-hoc analyses to support finance leadership. This role requires a highly motivated individual with financial planning and analysis experience to join our Finance organization. The successful candidate will be a self-starter that excels in storytelling and attention to detail, while also demonstrating a passion for retail.
** This role is Hybrid- Seattle, WA – requires you to be in office 3 days per week in downtown Seattle. We do not offer relocation for this role at this time.
A day in the life…
Key contributor and lead role for company financial planning processes including annual target setting and long-range planning through collaboration with key cross functional partners in Finance, Treasury, and Investor Relations
Partner within the FP&A team and senior leadership to identify efficiency opportunities and continuously evolve and improve the planning processes
Create executive leadership materials such as board decks, investor support, or other leadership meetings
Own and execute the company weekly forecast and build the storytelling to share the results with finance leaders
Develop and maintain strong proactive knowledge of P&L drivers, as well as retail and general industry trends, practices, and issues, assessing and communicating their potential impact on the business
Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects to support FP&A and finance leadership
You own this if you have…
At least 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, retail and large organizations preferred
BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance, with a strong sense of curiosity
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and timelines
Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leadership
Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Anaplan, Hyperion-Essbase and Oracle a plus
Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings in written, verbal and presentation forms

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $80,000 - $155,000 Annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
