Aston Carter Executive Assistant/PM in Seattle, Washington
Job Title: Executive Assistant/PMJob Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support employee engagement-related activities. This role will be responsible for managing a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling, prioritizing effectively amidst numerous information and requests, managing travel and expenses, and supporting the execution of employee events.
Responsibilities
Manage calendar for Employee experience programming.
Assist with event coordination, including room bookings, catering, and expense management.
Create and publish monthly newsletter content.
Manage and analyze event surveys.
Analyze connections data.
Work cross-functionally with teams and Senior PM.
Essential Skills
3-4+ years of industry experience in general admin, recruiting, HR, project/program work, and/or EA background .
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership.
Proactive communication and organizational skills.
Experience in calendar management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems from an administrative perspective.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but will consider an Associate's Degree with equivalent industry experience.
PM skills.
Event planning experience.
Ability to manage multiple directors, including C-level executives.
4-6+ years of administrative experience.
Work Environment
This role is 100% onsite in Seattle. The work environment includes cross-functional collaboration, high visibility across several organizations including senior -level VP engagement, and the opportunity to participate in org-wide events and networking. Communication tools used include Slack, Chime, and Outlook. Professional attire is expected.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
