Aerotek Enrollment Coordinator in Seattle, Washington


Why Is This Position Open/Order Description? This team is growing, they are expanding their services to other areas so looking to add 3 enrollment coordinators to the team. The USFHP Enrollment Coordinator will provide marketing, enrollment, eligibility, and financial functions for USFHP. The functions include marketing USFHP enrollment, mailing and processing enrollment applications, processing enrollment transfers, verifying eligibility through the DEERS computer system. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: They are moving to Renton in the fall- Candidates need to be OK with this! • Eligibility o Research and resolve eligibility issues o Dis-enroll members who have lost eligibility o Notify enrollees of changes in enrollment • Answer phone lines • Assisting patients with eligibility and enrollment over the phone • Be responsible for performing challenging negotiations and problem resolution. • Be responsible for accurate enrollment and dis-enrollment on DOES. • Prepare yearly enrollment fees, quarterly billing for enrollment fees, receives and posts paid fees, sends out past due notices, collection of overdue fees, and responds to calls regarding status of enrollment fees. • Be responsible for maintaining coordination and reconciliation with the governments information systems including DEERS. PMC’s capitation revenue is completely dependent upon this function. • Maintain oversight over the government’s application of enrollment policies and procedures • Building enrollment contracts • Reporting in Excel • Perform technical processing of enrollment applications. • Enter enrollments and disenrollments in the IDX database.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves: • 1-2 years of healthcare admin experience • Experience with Excel: Wants us to ask them if they know what filter or sort is, pivot tables? (OK with not knowing pivot tables) • Typing speed of 40+ wpm • MUST be able to pass a Credit Check!! • High School diploma, GED or equivalent required. • US Citizenship, required • Required to obtain ADP 2 security status • Friendly, outgoing, no drama • Someone who is looking for a home long-term Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of TriCare or Health Plan is preferred • Any experience working in the insurance industry is a plus! • Experience with a mail merge is a plus! • Bachelors degree preferred but not req
