About ESi Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) is an engineering and scientific investigation and failure analysis firm. We primarily work with law firms, insurance companies, and manufacturers on small to large-scale projects to answer any technical questions they have. Our projects can entail investigating major transportation accidents, equipment failures, personal injury claims, and damage to residential or commercial structures. About this Role The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining marketing content and strategies to meet organizational objectives. This role involves effective management of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, including tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring all marketing material aligns with the brand identity. Successful candidates will have hands-on experience with content creation, social media, web analytics tools and the ability to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Tasked with identifying potential markets for ESi Key Responsibilities Develop strategies and tactics to promote ESi and drive qualified traffic to the business. Create original, compelling content for a variety of channels and audiences, such as thought-leadership articles, whitepapers, social media, web pages, blogs, video scripts, informational brochures, infographics, and other materials. Interpret the expertise of ESi's SMEs and thought-leaders into long-form pieces, presentation topics, pitch topics, and other assets as needed. Translate complex and technical concepts into accurate, easy-to-digest, audience-forward assets. Manage content projects from idea through publication, and deliver work within time, budget, and resource expectations. Be a content, brand, and messaging advisor for the organization. Serve as a representative on cross-functional teams, as assigned. Manage content KPIs and metrics to gauge effectiveness and make improvements. Facilitate appropriate stakeholder approvals and integrate feedback to ensure content meets goals and expectations. Manage and continuously update digital assets including websites, YouTube channels, LinkedIn, etc. Track industry trends, influencers, and topics of interest as they relate to key corporate messages to develop related content strategies. Recognize features and benefits of ESi's offerings and effectively connect them to key messaging themes in brand-level marketing content. Qualifications Education Required Marketing, Communications, or Journalism or related degree or equivalent professional experience Other Skills/Abilities or Other Qualifications Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
