Aston Carter Construction Project Admin in Seattle, Washington
(Description)
A construction company in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a 6-Month Contract To Hire opportunity for a Project Assistant position. This will be a 100% onsite (Monday - Friday) opportunity in a small office-setting environment with paid parking.
Pay: $24/hr. - $28/hr. ($50k/yr. - $60k/yr.)
Schedule:(7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST; Standard M-F Morning Shift; 100% Onsite)
Location: Seattle, WA (Airport Way)
(Responsibilities)
• Attend and take notes at the Project Handoff meeting from the Sales Team.
• Set up the project in Operations networks/schedule and verify Finance has the project set up in their network.
• Prepare delivery of submittal packages and prepare site-specific safety plans.
• Request, review, and file relative Project documents including the following:
o Schedule updates
o RFI/ASI documents
o RFQ/RFP/Change Order documents
o Closeout and warranty requirements
o LEED information
• Maintain and update information accurately in Project Software systems including:
o Exepron
o Reportex
o Measure Square
• Collect and file daily reporting from Project Installation Teams on sites
• Work with Finance to maintain Subcontractor compliance with the following:
o Signed MSA Agreements
o Insurance Certs
o Project-specific requirements on Work Orders under MSA
• Gather receipts and Fill out Credit card reports monthly for PM and field installers as needed.
• Complete material lists and review for “full kit”
• Create P.O.’s for project buy out
• Send P.O.’s and update the Material list with relevant information.
• Maintain a clean inbox with less than 50 emails and file all project-related emails in the appropriate folder.
(Requirements)
2-3 years of construction Project Admin or Project Assistant experience.
Ability to manage the pre-construction process through administrative support.
Knowledge of Purchase Order / RFQ's / RFP's / Change Order Document Management.
BlueBeam construction software knowledge plus, but not required (any similar construction software experience is a plus).
Strong communication, professional presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft Suite and Computer Skills.
Strong attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/hr.
