Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Guest Services and Chief Concierge, the Concierge Agent will ensure timely and seamless service when dealing with guest requests and will anticipate our Guests’ needs and make informed suggestions to ensure they have a truly memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains complete knowledge of all Olympic features, services, attractions, amenities, locations, and hours of operations; all hotel and competitor restaurant food concepts, menu price range, dress code, and ambiance, etc.

  • Assist guests with mail, messages, and any plans or arrangements they require including onsite and offsite activities

  • Assist guest with dining reservations and handling group/ special occasions dining needs

  • Monitor all Guest inquiries, which include corresponding with guests by phone and email prior to arrival and during their stay in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist will all departure arrangements Guests may need, ex. Booking transportation (ferry, car, flights, etc.), online flight check-in, arranging/re-arranging travel plans if required.

  • Act as a liaison and resource for other departments and employees of the Hotel

  • Constantly be aware of daily functions and promotions in the hotel

  • Personalize pre – arrival communication to VIP ALL members offering Concierge services

Qualifications

  • Prior hospitality experience preferred.

  • Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
