We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk onsite in Seattle, Washington. You will be part of our team that operates within the accounting software industry. Your role will be to utilize your skills in Computerized Billing, Accounting Functions, and Accounts Receivable to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing computerized billing systems to manage customer accounts

• Handling accounting functions related to customer credit applications

• Ensuring accurate records of customer credit applications are maintained

• Resolving customer inquiries regarding their accounts and billing

• Monitoring and managing accounts receivable

• Performing legal billing tasks as required

• Proactively taking appropriate action regarding customer accounts when necessary

• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and financial data.

Requirements • Proficiency in Computerized Billing systems is a must.

• Solid understanding and experience with Accounting Functions.

• Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Familiarity with Legal Billing procedures is required.
