Position Dimensions and Impact to the University:

The Assistant Program Manager is a key contributor to the SECURE Centers mission: empowering the research community to make security-informed decisions about research security concerns. By effectively managing co-creation stakeholder activities, this role enhances the Centers capacity to engage stakeholders, develop actionable insights, and deliver impactful research outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

Experience with CRM or database management software.

 Knowledge of and experience with principles of stakeholder engagement.

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and process improvements.

 Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering outcomes on time and within scope.

 Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., monday.com, Slack, Zoom, Google Suite). null
