Slalom LLC Aerospace Client Partner in Seattle, Washington

As a Client Partner, you will work across all our capability areas (strategy through technology) and with our sales team to build strategies and deliver upon them in service of our clients and their organizations. What You'll Do * Partner with the client to solve problems and bring value beyond the obvious * Manage a $5M+ engagement portfolio * Responsible for profitability of account (revenue & utilization goals) * Collaborate with sales executives and other account leaders to create account plans and strategies to target and develop business with new and existing clients * Manage teams and consultants on the account and provide internal updates on account activities * Orchestrate and build pursuit teams to solve clients' business problems and lead teams through deal close * Lead engagements and project teams, delivering complex solutions - this role is typically 40% billable on client engagements * Ensure delivery excellence by providing oversight and governance of all sold and/or managed engagements * Mitigate financial risks, people matters and billing disputes * Build and maintain long term client relationships * Maintain awareness of aerospace industry best practices and understand how Slalom capabilities interact * Be responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction across several engagements and facilitate client satisfaction surveys * Actively coach consultants to ensure high quality delivery, help promote career growth and job satisfaction What You'll Bring * Aerospace, supply chain and manufacturing industry experience or expertise * Experience in developing client relationships and deepening them over time * 10+ years' experience managing teams through all lifecycles of a project including experience working in an IT service or consulting firm managing a large account or multiple accounts * Proven experience with complex account management, navigating the nuances of mid and emerging markets * Experience managing transformational programs that incorporate people, processes, and technology * Advanced project delivery (project/program management) and/or specific consulting expertise you can offer to clients * Experience managing the performance of individual consultants, either as direct reports and/or as members of project teams * Previous responsibility for revenue and sales goals and management * Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a track record of client satisfaction * Constant and consistent learner mentality that you bring to work every day * Active and transferable industry relationships About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company.
