DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Maintenance Repairman 2 you may have a variety of opportunities to serve as a lead worker and assist or provide guidance to lower-level personnel while a supervisor will be available to assign work and provide you and your team with guidance in unusual situations. Work includes general carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, maintaining tools and equipment, and preventative and general maintenance associated with the upkeep of the building. You will accomplish simple tasks independently, collaborate on or take a lead worker role in assigned projects, and assist with more complex duties. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. This position is essential in reporting for emergencies and office closures. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

Special Requirement:

This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
