Massage Envy Social Media Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona

The Social Media Manager has proven experience in social media and online communities to manage the Massage Envy social media presence. This individual has a passion for social media and an appetite for staying on top of the latest trends, platforms and information, along with the ability create compelling content and to translate analytics into best-in-class social media strategies and executions. The role will develop and execute content strategies for branded social media channels, as well as execute point-in-time campaigns and projects.

Additionally, the role will measure community metrics to gauge program effectiveness, provide feedback to teams to optimize programs in real time, and prepare reports. Requires someone with analytical strengths, strong digital orientation and is energized by achieving results.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Manage, develop and distribute day-to-day editorial content on social media platforms to include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter

  • Execute social media campaigns project management, monitoring, content creation, curation and promotion

  • Engage with stakeholders internally and externally to identify channel-specific content opportunities, mix and cadence, and understand the nuances of each channel for optimal execution

  • Generate, collect and analyze metrics to identify trends and themes, optimize program strategy and content, and prepare social media reports monthly

  • Configure social listening tools and provide ongoing recommendations to maximize engagement

  • Understand and create POVs around emerging platforms and technologies


  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, E-Business or related field

  • 3+ year's experience in online (digital) marketing with focus on social media

  • Knowledge of, and experience with, but not limited to:, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Social Studio, social media analytics software, Adobe Creative Cloud social promotions tool, monitoring tools and more

  • A proactive team player with a love of problem-solving, ability to work in grey area, and the confidence to take the lead and guide projects as necessary

  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate analytics behind ideas

  • Attention to detail, providing flawless content

  • Ability to flex your right and left brains – a creative writer who can also manage a monthly social reports and plan paid content strategies

  • Prefers a fast-paced work environment and can pivot quickly – must be able to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a dynamic setting

  • Experience working with designers and giving clear visual direction
