Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an eLearning Developer in to join one of the leading non-profit organizations in Phoenix, AZ. As the eLearning Developer you will be responsible for collaborating with subject matter experts across the network to design and develop new courseware and enhance and update existing content. You will also create interactive multimedia, as well as collaborate on requirements, functionality, design, and scripting. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong ability to multi-task.

Skills and Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional experience in Instructional design
- Extensive experience creating eLearning
- Strong proficiency with Articulate 360 required
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud apps
- Proficient in incorporating video into eLearning
- Proficient in audio editing
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills null
