Randstad has a contract role with a good possiblitity of permanent hire that is a great fit for someone with accounting coursework or corporate reimbursement experience. No formal degree is necessary for this job but a high school diploma is required. This position can be a great foot in the door to one of the country's largest commerical banks. Contract duration will be 10/7/2024 to 4/30/2025 with the possiblity of permanent hire
salary: $20 - $20.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Review reimbursement requests along with card administration tasks.
Opening some new card accounts but mainly working in travel and expense.
Candidate will work from a que within system called REIMBURSE ME.
Work from oldest expense reports to newest.
SLA to to complete reimbursements requests is 5 days.
Process up to 50 reimbursement requests per day
Based on volume they will know how many to complete each day in some cases around 50 a day.
No customer our outside contact, will be corresponding with other client employees to follow up on reimbursement requests and obtain relevant information via email
