YOUR ROLE

As Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will develop, improve and assess quality standards for R&D and production of P&G’s Health portfolio products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement robust quality systems aligned with industry standards and regulations.

  • Continuously monitor and enhance quality systems through audits, data analysis, and corrective actions.

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure quality performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Lead and facilitate initiatives to optimize quality systems and processes.

  • Oversee the validation activities to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Manage consumer feedback, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate on training programs to promote a culture of continuous learning.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have or will have completed before starting with us a master’s degree with strong academic results in pharmacy, medicine, bio engineering, biomedical sciences, molecular medicine or related fields.

  • Ideally you have an experience of 2 years in QA or relevant experience in international pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry.

  • You can speak and write proficiently in English and have excellent German language skills (C1).

  • Strong foundational knowledge of manufacturing of medicinal products and food supplements.

  • Understanding of the drug development process and regulatory environment.

  • Familiarity with the interpretation of GxP guidelines AMG, AMWHV, AMHandelsV and in the quality assurance of drugs.

  • Experience working with national & international authorities.
