Contributes to the overall success of the IT&S in Canada and LATAM ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Third Party Management – Technology team is seeking Contract & Invoice Management Analyst to support on-boarding/Invoice activity and contribute to process improvement initiatives for third party engagements. This individual will be responsible for processing contracts in for external labour within the Fieldglass and Ariba System. Role includes validating contract, time reporting periods, funding sources and processing contract. In addition, this role will also manage the invoice receipt, verification, preparation of data from time reporting and Contract Management systems, validation, approval lifecycle and tracking to payment.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Perform contract validation, execution and closing activities and update tracking tool

  • Process contracts thru bank’s Ariba (Contract Management System), Fieldglass, COUPA and Icertis Tool.

  • Manage and respond to group Inbox request/inquires.

  • Distribute published contracts to vendor by email

  • Act as a partner to internal stakeholders

  • Contribute to process improvement or efficiency to steer continuous improvements

  • Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • FI/Banking Industry experience

  • Previous Scotiabank experience

  • Working experience with vendors Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table etc.)

  • Microsoft Access and/or SharePoint experience, preferred

  • Ethical personality along with the ability to handle confidential information

  • Good time-management and organizational skills
