ManpowerGroup Youth Success Leader in Savannah, Georgia
Our client, The City of Savannah is seeking 3 Youth Success Leaders to join their team. As a Youth Success Leader, you will be part of the office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement Department supporting The Path Forward Program. The ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, team player and a passion for the community which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Youth Success Leader
Location: Savannah
Pay Range: $18 per hour
What’s the Job?
Supervising of at high risk youths ages 14-17
Work with Community Partners to connect youths to supportive services and resources
Organize and assist with community events
Monitor and track progress of the program
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
Managing youth programs or mentoring, counseling or supervising youth
1 year of experience working with high risk or at risk youth
Preferred knowledge or experience working in criminal justice, gun violence reduction or youth development
