ManpowerGroup Technical Support Specialist in Savannah, Georgia

Our client, industrial services company is seeking a technical support specialist to join their team. As a technical support specialist, you will be part of the IT department supporting field staff. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, work well in a team and strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Location: Savannah

Pay Range: $24-$30 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Assist with variety of projects

  • Install and implement hardware, software or systems

  • Support user access to remote systems

  • Troubleshoot all technical issues for end users including

  • Assist help desk team when necessary

What’s Needed?

  • Help desk experience

  • Strong knowledge of mobile devices and equipment

  • Ability to upgrade computer hardware and software

  • 3-5 years of systems administration/networking experience

  • IOS and Windows expertise preferred
