As the Maintenance Specialist for Goodwill, you’ll keep our stores up and running by providing maintenance to keep our stores safe and inviting!

Your Impact:
Perform general and preventive maintenance on store/donation center equipment, structures, and grounds.
Install and build new equipment as assigned
Follow through with all minor electrical maintenance using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools.
Engage in minor plumbing repairs, minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work.
Prepare the surfaces and painting various structures and equipment to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion.
Order parts and equipment as needed
Your Qualifications
You love to travel to different stores daily to help make sure the environment is in top shape
You have 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience along with a high school degree or GED.
Communicating effectively, including using positive language and attentive to guests needs
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members
Attention to detail while multi-tasking
Learn and adapt to evolving technology needs
Work both independently and with a team
Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
