Superior Insurance Agency Customer Service Representative in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to create long-term relationships with our clients.

Along with daily tasks, a customer service representative's responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, staff and carrier personnel.

If you are comfortable with technology, able to multi task, have a flair for communication, and pride yourself on attention to detail, we'd love to meet you!

Ultimately, a customer service representative will collaborate with our sales team and other staff members to achieve sales goals while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services for the long-term.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • This is a professional office setting with direct contact with clients and insurance carriers.

  • Daily servicing of existing accounts. Including endorsements and quoting.

  • Direct communication with clients and carriers.

  • Obtaining the State of Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Skills and background:

  • Ability to obtain insurance license in the State of Michigan

  • Solid organizational skills

  • Computer Skills

  • Prior insurance experience or sales experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to communicate directly with clients, carriers and management in a professional manner

  • Willingness to grow within the agency to other positions that may become available.
