We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to lead Delivery Experience Shipping Programs. You'll be responsible for the designing, implementing, and maintaining high impact processes and supporting teams, that helps us deliver on our customer promise seamlessly. This role will partner closely with the Amazon Transportation, Operations, Finance, Retail and WW DEX leadership to solve customer facing shipping solutions.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define and deliver important programs with broad cross-functional and cross-organizational business impact;

  • Lead the design of the solution, implementation, and delivery of a highly complicated cross-functional project in a new business area;

  • Bring strong, data-driven business and strategic judgment to decisions;

  • Invent, evolve, improve, and simplify processes and technology requirements (when appropriate);

  • Develop business and process requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones and overall roadmap.

  • Create buy-in for the vision both internally and with key external partners;

  • Approach complex business problems, aligning divergent stakeholder teams to a common plan;

  • The launch and configuration of shipping programs in Brazil;

  • The enhancement of Amazon delivery experience, including the definition of shipping prices and shipping promotions;

  • Bring analytical horsepower, enhanced excel skills (and ideally SQL), and a deep curiosity about how things work

  • Identify and develop opportunities for improved cash flow in Shipping Programs;

  • Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to continuously improve profitability and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Program or project management experience.

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving process improvements.

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations or related field.
