Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled iMIS/WordPress Web Designer with expertise in building templates and a strong background in UX/UI design. This short-term contract opportunity, spanning 10 weeks (2 and a half months) with the potential for extension, offers an exciting chance to contribute to impactful projects within our organization.
Your primary focus will be developing a proposal for user interface components and implementing them following well-known. In addition, the Web Designer will support the conception, design, and execution of websites using iMis. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design and quality products is important.
Responsibilities:
Develop and customize templates for iMIS and WordPress platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Integrate UX/UI principles into template design to enhance user experience and engagement across digital platforms.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in both iMIS and WordPress platforms, leveraging their features to create visually appealing and functional templates.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective template designs.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of templates to ensure compatibility, responsiveness, and adherence to design standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web design, template development, and React.js development is required. This should include hands-on experience working with iMIS and WordPress platforms, as well as building templates and components for various projects.
Thorough understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficiency in using code versioning tools such as Git.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous template design projects for iMIS and WordPress platforms.
Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly templates that align with brand guidelines and UX/UI principles.
Understanding of responsive design principles and techniques.
