Eaton Corporation Commercial Project Manager in Sao Paulo, Brazil
Eaton’s looking for a Commercial Project Manager.
This position is based in São Paulo and to work 4 days onsite and avaiability for 1 day as remote (Home Office).
What you’ll do:
Responsible for project contractual admisnistration activities ensuring compliance with the scope, timing and quality set forth in Eaton's contractual obligations. To ensure and maximize the financial outcome of contracts.
Job Responsibilities
Dominion of full contractual administration activities.
Know the Terms & Contractual conditions.
Execution of Financial project control (P&L) in SAP and Excel.
Articulation in problem solving in the SAP tool.
Knowledge in Tax.
Invoicing activities such as invoicing emission (NF), open new orders and payment process.
Control of milestones and payment for internal and external suppliers.
Prepare inventory control.
Execute the project within the budgeted cost.
Support to PM on approve all scope, financial, and schedule changes.
Support to PM in the scope changes, claims risks and opportunities.
Issuing and regularly distributing the Project follow-up report for the all levels of the company for financial.
Bridge between the project's financial information to controlling team, such as sales forecasts, inventory forecasts and cost control

Qualifications:
Education level required Bachelors Degree in Engineer (Industrial, Electrical or related), Business Administration or related fields
Years and area of experience required
Experience in contract and commercial management, managing large size projects in an international environment.
Deep knowledge on tax, commercial, invoicing and SAP.
Must know the electrical market
Skills:
Technical knowledge
Planning knowledge
Advanced Excel (macros) is mandatory.
SAP knowledge is mandatory
Advanced English
Intermediate Spanish is a plus
Finance and legal (contract) concepts knowledge
Project Management tools knowledge is a plus
Power BI desired
