Cardinal Health Assistente Administrativo in Sao Paulo, Brazil

The “Assistente Administrativo” will handle a variety of administrative activities and collaborate with the team through various assignments and tasks. Your job duties range from scheduling appointments to compiling information for reports. This role will assist the General Manager in day-to-day admin operations activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, business meetings note taking and other documents.

  • Updating and maintaining company database and filing system.

  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.

  • Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments.

  • Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.

  • Maintain Office Lease agreement, requesting maintenance and authorizing payment of rent and services. Tracks expenses to ensure accuracy.

  • International Newsletter and Brasil Journal Local publications – will secure forms, marketing and sales information and ensures article readiness for approval and submission

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, and distributing to the appropriate departments.

  • Performs other duties in line with business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree

  • 1-2 years similar experience

  • English fluency: advance to fluent

  • Solid Outlook, Teams/Zoom,

  • Solid PowerPoint, Word competency is a must

  • Intermediate Excel

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees

  • Proactive and positive disposition, inclusive and collaborative is a must
