Responsibilities
Under general direction from the Administrative Support staff, this role will be supporting our Technology business unit and will be a primary point of contact for arranging, reviewing and auditing all travel arrangements.
Arrange travel for employees in the group via IGT's internal booking systems.
Review and audit all travel expenses
Reconcile credit card expenses
Provide general administrative support to the business unit
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail
Must be a student currently enrolled in a degree program
Currently in good academic standing with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA
Candidate should be able to start work during the summer and continue on a part-time basis (12+ hours/week) once the fall semester begins
