Location: Santa Monica, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 45 per hourWe are looking to hire an Associate Manager, Ad Operations to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our high-profile marketing campaigns for a popular entertainment company. We're seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage the end-to-end execution of our paid and owned media campaigns. If you're passionate about the streaming world and possess a strong technical acumen, this is your chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, exciting environment.As an Associate Manager of Ad Operations , you will be the driving force behind the technical execution and measurement of our marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for the seamless implementation and optimization of our advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution: Oversee the complete lifecycle of advertising campaigns, from initial setup to post-campaign analysis, including trafficking tags, audience distribution, and pixel implementation.
Measurement & Optimization: Implement and manage end-to-end campaign tracking to accurately measure key performance indicators and enhance attribution models across digital, CTV, and linear marketing efforts.
Data Management & Collaboration: Build and distribute first-party data to target niche audiences, collaborating with internal and external partners.
Technical Expertise: Manage our tag library, troubleshoot implementation issues, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing campaigns, audiences, and pixel requests.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in Ad Operations, ideally within a direct-to-consumer or subscription-based business.
Strong understanding of attribution modeling, data pipelines, and media measurement.
Expertise in marketing platforms like LiveRamp, Tealium, AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Proficiency with the Google tech stack (DV360, SA360, CM360) and key media partners (Meta, Snap, TikTok, etc.).
Experience with JavaScript (JS), HTML, and CAPI Integrations.
Deep knowledge of GDPR and CCPA and their impact on media buying.
Understanding of acquisition strategies and key media metrics.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker).
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility, proactiveness, and strong team player mentality.
Skills:
Experience in the entertainment or streaming industry.
Experience working in a media agency.
