We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Technology Solutions Professional to join our team and drive our IT business initiatives to success.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Devise effective strategies for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives.

  • Lead and manage projects with minimal oversight, taking initiative to identify and resolve issues proactively.

  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align tasks, manage dependencies, and ensure seamless project execution.

  • Develop and deliver presentations for senior leadership, effectively communicating project status, risks, and opportunities.

  • Act as a liaison and collaborate with business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions.

  • Influence department strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components.

  • Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, escalating issues at the appropriate time to ensure project continuity.

  • Support the budget process, including tracking project expenses and ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Must be willing to work EST/CST hours

  • Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems, and implementing process improvements.

  • Proven experience in a brokerage or health insurance organization.

  • Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering presentations to senior leadership.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Medicare is highly preferred.

  • Experience in a startup environment or a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

  • Certification in Project Management or Scaled Agile is a plus.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$97,900 - $133,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
