Job Title: Facilities Supervisor
Job Description
As a Facilities Supervisor, you will utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to efficiently plan and schedule both corrective and preventative facilities activities. This role involves developing and maintaining a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all facilities equipment, coordinating calibration activities, and maintaining detailed equipment history. You will review equipment trends to drive maintenance improvements and provide detailed job plan instructions. Collaboration with the parts department and coordination of personnel for various projects are key aspects of this position.
Responsibilities
Plan and schedule facilities activities using CMMS by task and priority level.
Develop a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
Coordinate and maintain calibration activities and records.
Maintain detailed equipment history in CMMS (Fiix).
Review equipment history to recommend maintenance improvements.
Provide detailed job plan instructions and procedures.
Collaborate with the parts department to ensure maintenance projects are kitted.
Assign personnel to projects and upkeep facility documentation.
Coordinate equipment downtime maintenance with relevant teams.
Inform relevant personnel of job progress regularly.
Support the development of annual overhaul schedules.
Publish weekly facilities maintenance schedules and reports.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable codes and regulations.
Evaluate vendor capabilities and provide recommendations.
Document reactive maintenance work in CMMS.
Monitor facilities’ utilities when necessary.
Essential Skills
Facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance expertise.
Supervisory skills and experience.
Proficiency with CMMS for planning and scheduling.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
8 years of facilities or maintenance planning experience.
1 year of management or supervisory experience.
Experience with maintenance CMMS database.

The work environment is a big warehouse that maintains a moderate temperature and has a fruity smell due to the gummies produced. It can be loud in certain areas, but it is a very clean environment overall.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $88106.00 - $132159.00/yr.
