What you get to do in this role:
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Finance Analyst to support ServiceNow’s Digital Marketing team. This role will be crucial in driving financial execution within the Digital marketing team, developing a deeper understanding of marketing performance, and coordinating with other stakeholders including other marketing channels and regional sales teams. Join our team and play a crucial role in driving financial performance and customer growth in the dynamic world of Enterprise SaaS.
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Digital Marketing objectives
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the marketing organization
Analyze key performance indicators and financial metrics to provide actionable insights
Build trusted relationships with key business partners
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive outcomes
Prepare and present financial reports, including budget vs. actual variance analysis, to senior management
Drive process improvements and scaling projects to enhance operational efficiency
To be successful in this role you have:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred;
5+ years of FP&A or business finance experience; SaaS or marketing experience preferred
Good understanding of SaaS marketing KPIs companies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint;
Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities;
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skills;
An excellent communicator and a great team player;
Understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Proven track record of providing strategic financial guidance and driving operational excellence

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $114,300 - $188,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
