What you get to do in this role:

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Finance Analyst to support ServiceNow’s Digital Marketing team. This role will be crucial in driving financial execution within the Digital marketing team, developing a deeper understanding of marketing performance, and coordinating with other stakeholders including other marketing channels and regional sales teams. Join our team and play a crucial role in driving financial performance and customer growth in the dynamic world of Enterprise SaaS.

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Digital Marketing objectives

  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the marketing organization

  • Analyze key performance indicators and financial metrics to provide actionable insights

  • Build trusted relationships with key business partners

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive outcomes

  • Prepare and present financial reports, including budget vs. actual variance analysis, to senior management

  • Drive process improvements and scaling projects to enhance operational efficiency

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred;

  • 5+ years of FP&A or business finance experience; SaaS or marketing experience preferred

  • Good understanding of SaaS marketing KPIs companies

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities;

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skills;

  • An excellent communicator and a great team player;

  • Understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting

  • Proven track record of providing strategic financial guidance and driving operational excellence

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $114,300 - $188,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
